Managing Agile Talent and the blended workforce

Proud to announce Jon Younger as one of the keynote speakers during the conference. He will address agile talent and the blended workforce. Attracting and retaining top talent has never been more challenging, and it will only increase in difficulty. As a result, innovative organizations are moving to a blended workforce strategy that brings together internal employees and external experts working side by side on a project or temporary basis. This external resource is called “agile talent” in the new book of Jon Younger (Harvard, 2016). In this presentation, he will describe how organizations are making agile talent a strategic advantage, and provide practical guidance for organizations ready to think innovatively about their total workforce.
