Freek Ronner and 3 other partners are known as “The Corporate Rebels”, they are on a mission to make work more fun. They quit their frustrating, corporate jobs and set out to travel the globe to visit the world’s most inspiring organizations. While checking off their renowned Bucket List they share everything they learn. They were featured in: NY Times, Forbes, HuffPost, Guardian, BBC. Listed as “Top 30 Emergent Management Thinkers” and nominated for Thinkers50 Breakthrough Idea Award.
An astonishing 87% of employees are disengaged at work, leading to a painful amount of untapped potential in the workplace. This horrible statistic is something they simply cannot accept. That’s why they started Corporate Rebels and that’s why they set out to find ways to better organize work. Since they started, everything we do has been focused on creating more engaging work; not just for themselves, but for as many people as possible.
A couple of months ago, they have further expanded the activities of Corporate Rebels. They wanted to add a more practical part to our work, as just writing and talking is not going to change the way people work (or at least not quickly enough).
Their transformation activity therefore focuses on transforming the way organizations work. From creating a clear vision of the ‘organization of the future‘ to making practical improvements in the way teams work. They share everything they learned through pioneering best practices, tools, and ways of working that help them to improve their working environment.
