Having joined the company just two years ago, she helped establish the company’s people strategy – reflecting the business priorities in bringing an agile, scalable approach to internal initiatives and bringing a new standard of HR practice across the multiple business areas. With a blend of hands on experience in building and implementing high impact engagements from the ground-up and the knowledge of applying design thinking in HR practice she brings a deep commitment to enhancing business value. Prior to Sulzer, Itee has worked across HR disciplines and industries with companies including Novartis, Syngenta and ICICI.
