Calvert spent six amazing years telling the Virgin story, most recently as . In her previous role as CMO, Virgin America, she helped lead and build an airline people love: people defined as both guests and employees. Luanne was recognized on Fast Company’s 2016 innovative marketers list, at Cannes, and with numerous Webby Awards.
Prior, she was an International Digital Marketing Consultant for the CEOs of LVMH’s Fendi brand and at Moleskine notebooks.
Calvert also served as Creative Director at Google where she managed the brand globally and developed never-been-done-before campaigns. She brought Google products directly to consumers and enterprises including Search, Gmail, Maps, Shopping, Apps, the launch of Android and the integration of YouTube.
Calvert also founded her own start-up, Mixed Marketing Inc., with clients including Calvin Klein, Netflix, eBay and Yahoo. Prior, she was Director of Marketing at Yahoo where she formed the first-ever buzz marketing team from scratch.
