The organization of the future is taking shape in the moves that companies are making now. In this 1-hour virtual forum, our lead thinkers Dickie Steele and Alex di Leonardo will explore how leaders can accelerate their organizations’ journeys toward becoming not only faster but also better for customers, employees, and society at large – with three mutually reinforcing areas together providing glimpses into what a “next normal” organization could look like. While being management imperatives in “normal” times, right now they have become test beds for intense experimentation and soul searching, as they get to the core questions that organizations must always seek to answer for themselves: Who are we? How do we operate? How will we grow?
